OK, here is example #1 of the type e-mails I get:
"Please reactivate my download link. I cannot believe you only give 24 hours to download."
How about "Oops I missed my download window, can you please resend it?" Then I reply, "Sure! Here it is!"

I wholeheartedly agree -- that is beyond tacky.
I cannot believe that someone would be online to order a product and then not immediately download it when your site directs the customer to the link instantaneously.
I'd have a hard time not giving a snarky reply. I bet you are getting good practice at taking deep breaths. :)
If I got that email, I would quit selling to that person! But you are WAY nicer than me! Just keep laughing at them!
Boooooo! That is not nice manners at all! People should know that a little sugar goes a long way.
